Ace Capture is a small, experienced team backgrounds in engineering, manufacturing, and practical animal handling. We design, build, and supply equipment that reflects how it’s used in the field.
Nelson Collie
Founder
Founder Nelson leads Ace Capture and oversees design and production. His early background in farming and animal handling is combined with decades of precision engineering. Nelson has developed the core systems behind our equipment. He remains closely involved in the workshop and still checks every launcher before it leaves our workshop.
Lyn Collie
Operations Manager
With a finger in every part of the business, Lyn manages operations, business development, and production. She oversees sales and marketing and works directly with customers to configure orders to their specific needs.
Lynette Thrupp
Administration Manager
Highly experienced office manager Lynette handles office and sales administration, supporting day-to-day operations and customer enquiries.
Eli Barnes
Senior Engineer
Eli is a senior mechanical engineer and fitter and turner, with more than two decades of hands-on experience. He works across design, development, and manufacturing, contributing to production as well as ongoing product innovation.
